I’m a vinyasa yoga and yoga sculpt instructor with certifications from CorePower Yoga (Bellevue, Washington, USA) in:

Power Vinyasa Yoga (200 hour Yoga Alliance certified training)
Yoga Sculpt + Group Fitness (80 hour training)
Core Cardio Circuit

I completed my first certification in 2015 and have been teaching ever since. I have led Yoga Sculpt Teacher Trainings and coached Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Trainings.

I have taught yoga on four continents. I love teaching beach yoga classes, and have worked with a surf school in Spain to teach pre/post surfing yoga classes.

One of my yoga mantras is “practice not perfect” – so if you’re looking for a perfect yogi you won’t find that here! My practice is a work in progress.
